Almost Street Style Photography in the South Harbour

I took a walk through the South Harbour (Sydhavnen: Sluseholmen and Teglholmen). It was a relatively dark evening, but I wanted to see if I could work without a tripod. So I took a Voigtländer 17.5mm f/0.95 with me as well as my good old Panasonic Lumix GX8.

With a max. aperture of 0.95 and a shutter speed around 1/15, I was able to take handheld photos when cranking the ISO up a bit (1600-6400). I used the quay/road as support a couple of times, but otherwise it was handheld. And it worked reasonably well. Have a look in the gallery below!

When it comes to street photography: The South harbour was somewhat deserted. I had expected more life in the streets, based on what I’ve heard from other people and the media. But it was a Monday evening… So it wasn’t really as “street” as I had hoped – I guess it was more Urban geometry than street photography…
